We accept returns within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Return Conditions:
The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.
It must be returned in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
For damaged or defective products, photo or video evidence is required with the return request.
Non-returnable items:
Opened or used food supplements.
Products damaged due to misuse or customer negligence.
